I loved the cup and it was made exactly to my specs. The only issue i had was with the seller. I ordered the cup over a month in advance for a special occasion and didn't get the cup made or shipped to me within the timeframe promised. I reached out to the seller to try and resolve the issue and got an automated message about it being the holiday season because this was now December and that they were gonna be a bit backed up. The only problem with this was i had ordered the cup back at the beginning of November. When i stressed this the seller went ahead and made the cup and shipped it out ASAP, however they didn't say a word about it? Like they read my message and just shipped it.....i never spoke to the seller at all, i sent her messages that she never responded to and then it showed she shipped the product??!!
