Purchased this item on December 8th. When purchased it said item would arrive by January 13th. I received the item today (1/21/25). I messaged the seller on Dec 18th asking if there was an estimated shipping date. An auto response was sent to me explaining a family emergency. I responded politely and with condolences. Never heard a response after that. I messaged again on January 9th asking if I could go ahead and cancel the order since it would not arrive by January 13th. Once again an automated response was sent to me and I never heard an actual response. I know we are all only human, and I try to always show empathy, but customer service is severely lacking. The hat itself is nice. My son really liked it. No complaints on craftsmanship.
The motocross ornament is fantastic! The kid got a new bike this year, so of course we needed a new ornament! Team Orange!

These tumblers are excellent quality and came out great! I work with a few correctional officers on my unit and the staff I work with wanted to show appreciation for all of their hard work. These were perfect and came out better than I hoped!

The cutest! Will make a great gift
The item was as expected, but I ordered it on 11/19 and was advised anything ordered before 12/1 would be delivered by Christmas. After my expected delivery date came and went, I messaged seller again and got a generic response to message then my item was shipped the next day and did indeed not arrive by Christmas. There was no apology no offer to fix nothing. Even though product was what my daughter wanted for my grandson. It was poor customer service and was disappointing in the lack of response or communication to not following through with what was said.
Product looks great!! Due to seller death in family product took almost 30 days to receive.

The item itself was beautiful. I would give it 5 Stars. However I order it on 11/27 for a Christmas gift. The sellers listing indicated that you would receive it before Christmas is ordered before 12/1. I received the item on 12/24 at 5pm. My families Christmas celebration is always on Christmas Eve. The item had not arrived by the time we went for the gathering. So I did not have a gift to give. I was extremely disappointed. I had contacted the seller a couple of weeks before 12/24 to insure that I would get the item in time. I received a scripted response saying that the seller was extremely busy working on orders and was only able to reply to emails once a day. However I never received a personal reply. It is too bad that such a beautiful gift was ruined by poor customer service.
Great hat. It took a while to get here, but it made it just in time for Christmas.
